Discover the Rewards of Giving
Wisconsin Hospitality Group has always maintained a dedication to giving. Throughout the years, we have developed several gifting / donation programs that have provided more than $3 million dollars in funding and support to various organizations and causes.
We are now proud to introduce our newest gifting program called the Meaghan Fund. This program is unique to our other charitable programs because it is developed to provide assistance to our own WHG employees who are in need of financial assistance due to a catastrophic event.
The Meaghan Fund is an employee grant program which raises funds through employee payroll deduction contributions or one-time donations. The funds will be a resource for use in supporting our own WHG family members with assistance when they need it most.
A small donation can go a long way. With our vast employment resources, simply small contributions can make a big difference. For example, only $ .25 cents from every employee at every pay cycle can raise over $24,000; doubling that to $ .50 cents can raise more than $48,000 and a mere dollar will raise more than $96,000 in funds.
We hope that you will consider a contribution at a level that is comfortable for you and discover the gift of giving to the Meaghan Fund.
How the Meaghan Fund Works
Through scheduled payroll deductions or single donations, we will collect funds from each payroll period, which will be allocated to employee grants. Grant funds may be awarded to employees who are experiencing hardship, such as health issues or unexpected tragedy. Fund requests will be reviewed by the Meaghan Fund Committee and either approved or denied, according to company-approved guidelines. Applicants will be notified via confidential email. Grant funds awarded will not have to be repaid to the company.
How You Can Help
Even very small donations can lead to significant contributions. Every employee is encouraged to give something, although it is not required as a part of your employment and you can change or stop the payroll deductions at any time.
To sign up for Meaghan Fund contributions, simply complete a Sign Up Form and return it to your manager or email it to email@example.com. We will apply the deduction to your next upcoming payroll check. Your deduction may be a tax-deductible contribution.
Who Is Eligible?
All current full-time or part-time employees of Wisconsin Hospitality Group are eligible to apply for grant funds. Employees do not have to contribute to the fund in order to be eligible for grant awards. Grants will be solely awarded based on availability, need and fit.
