Positions at Applebee's:

Bartender:

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications. Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.

Host/Hostess:

Greet and seat all guests in a friendly manner, assist servers by bussing tables, running food and drinks; and management in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

Line Cook:

Completes all assigned prep work and sets up cook's station. Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Prepares all menu items according to Applebee's Recipes, Plate Presentations and specifications.

Server:

Servers play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. In addition to attending to the needs of our guests by assisting in running food, drinks & bussing tables, they ensure the quality of our food product.

Associate Manager:

Associate Managers meet customer guidelines and direct the activities of employees, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, handle administrative and accounting duties, schedule, train and develop employees.

General Manager:

General Managers are responsible for meeting customer guidelines and direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation by assisting in directing and supervising management and hourly employees.

Director of Operations:

Serves as top level management with overall responsibility for the operations of assigned restaurants including quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales. The Senior Director of Operations directs the recruitment, retention and development of the restaurant General Managers and the development and retention of the DO's.
